Almondy Delight:
2 big spoons of almond butter
1 Chocolate Cutie ( tofutti from Traders )
1/2 cup of chocolate almond milk
1 frozen cup of vanilla yogurt (fat free)
1/2 cup of frozen chopped pineapple
1 ripe banana
1 scoop of protein powder ( varying possibilities )
