The first Rule in Weight Gain involves your Mentality. You must think & believe that you will be able to gain weight no matter what occured in the past, otherwise you wont be able to. I know this sounds simple or metaphysical, but really its adjusting your mindset. I was able to gain 10 + pounds by just changing my thoughts on this alone. I used to think and say that I NEVER gain weight. I started thinking I will gain some weight and told others that I would do so. Weeks later, after believing it was possible, I was at my desired weight.
