Alternative High Alkaline Dessert

In my new quest to keep my alkaline levels high ( range is measured in the blood from 1-14 and 7.35-7.45 is normal.  each food has its own numerical value on the scale with under 7 being label as acidic and above that as alkalinic ), I am discovering new ways to taste great mixtures of food, while keeping a higher balance of alkaline foods.  Fruits and Vegetable naturally are alkaline, while breads, pasta, dairy, animal protein, and grains are more acidic.

As a result, I made this dessert that doesn’t compromise flavor, taste, and health.  Its low cooked peaches and apples, with raw bananas slices topped with cinnamin and walnuts….just delectable!
