A Thin Girl’s Guide to Weight Gain – Lesson 4

Most of us have learned that muscle weighs more than fat. To build muscle you can weight train. I use dumbbells and free weights to do various exercises to bulk up. You can find many of these on the web or create your own.  Be very cautious when creating your own movements with these weights as you dont want to pull a muscle and hurt yourself.
