A Thin Girl’s Guide to Weight Gain – Lesson 3

Eat everything that has a high calorie count, but try to stay as healthy as possible. Here are foods that helped me:

1. High Protein, Vitamin, & Amino Acid  Smoothies ( have these at least 2x a week )

2. Eat Butters: Peanut Butter, Almond Butter, Cashew Butters, etc., often

3. Eat lots of chicken & fish ( at least 3-4x a week )

4. Use a lots of Olive oils in your dishes

5. Dont skip any meals and have a snack in betwen meals, as well as some dessert after dinner
